Below are three common but true cases where we were able to save the companies involved a notable amount of money.

Case study 1
A company which dealt with Greece on a regular basis, made a considerable amount of calls from all six of their handsets to Greece. The company had been told that they were getting discounted rates when calling Greece, however one of the phones was being charged at a non discounted rate of 23p per minute. This amounted to an additional £85 per month which in a year cost the company £1020. We sorted the billing problem for the company saving them £1020 per year while maintaining a constant watch on their account.

Case study 2
Another company we recently helped was one which made a great deal of calls from their landline to staff mobiles and customer mobiles. We found that they were spending on average £246 per month. We put in some new hardware at the cost of £100 which consequently resulted in more than a 90% saving per month, taking the new spend to £23. The technology paid for itself in two months and saved the company a substantial amount of money in the process.

Case study 3
Finally, we managed to reduce one company’s monthly spend from £1600 per month to £542. At IMPC we realised that all though their call rate package was very good they had enough telecoms to support 100 people rather than the 20 people who were actually in the business. We reorganised their telecommunication system and saved the £12,696 per year.
